Shopping Online

During the year, we occasionally have spontaneous discounts on a product. All information about these impromptu sales and product discounts can be found on our social media accounts.

Click on the shopping bag icon in upper right-hand corner to go to "Your Shopping Bag" page and begin checkout. Enter your promo code (discount code) in the textbox marked "ENTER PROMO" and click "APPLY." When your promo code is accepted, it will be displayed at the top of the page.

Please note: Promo codes are not case sensitive, and only one promo code may be used per online order

If you have any changes or would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and be able to provide your order number and email. If the order is caught in time, we can fix the issue prior to shipping. If not, we will find the best solution to fix the issue at hand. 

TYCHO accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. We also offer payment plans with Afterpay, Klarna and Shopify Payment Plans.

Please note: For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria. Our Credit Card Fraud Prevention Department will contact you if any further information is needed in order to securely process your order. 

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

When placing an order using a credit card, two transactions will be posted to your account:

1) When your order is authorized, the issuing bank for your credit card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge.

2) Once you are charged (when we manually process the order, not when Shopify authorizes your order), funds for the purchase amount will be removed from your account. 

If the order is altered or cancelled prior to shipment, the charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold. If an order is cancelled, the issuing bank will remove the authorization hold. For details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact the issuing bank's customer service. Because this process is specific to each bank, we regret that we cannot provide assistance with the removal of authorization holds.

TYCHO currently offers shipping to customers located in the United States.

Rates are determined based on your shipping address and the products in your cart.

Dispensers & Refill Pouches: $6 - $10

TYCHO Sets: $12 - $15

  • UPS Ground Shipping

East Coast: 3-5 business days

Central: 4-7 business days

West Coast: 7-10 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If our shower essentials didn’t meet your expectations, contact our customer solutions team within thirty (30) days of delivery to receive a prepaid shipping label. Kindly return your item within 7-10 days of receiving the label.

Returns: Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, we’ll promptly process your refund for the product. Please note, initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Once your return is received, we'll swiftly dispatch your new choice.

We aim for your complete happiness with our TYCHO dispensers. If they didn’t hit the mark, just reach out to our Customer Solutions team within fourteen (14) days of delivery to get a prepaid shipping label. We kindly ask you to send your item back within 7-10 days of receiving the label.
